Standard 10-Yard Rock-Box Prices
- Dirt: $795 + 14% fuel surcharge + $5 scale transaction fee + applicable GST
- Clean concrete: $675 + 14% fuel surcharge + $5 scale transaction fee + applicable GST
- Concrete with rebar or mesh: $775 + 14% fuel surcharge + $5 scale transaction fee + applicable GST
3 days included; additional rental time is $10 per day.
Standard pricing applies to Vancouver, Richmond, Delta, Burnaby, Surrey and New Westminster. For other locations, request an address-specific quote before booking.
Confirm Your Materials and Safe Load
This rock box is a separate service from a mixed-waste bin. Do not mix household junk, appliances, electronics, drywall or other waste into your dirt or concrete load. Disclose contamination, rebar, mesh and any other materials before booking.
The 10-yard size describes volume, not an included weight allowance or permission to load to the top. Confirm the safe loading level, maximum load, any disposal-weight allowance and applicable extra-weight charge with our team.

Access and Delivery Planning
Send your delivery address, placement area, gate width, overhead restrictions and preferred dates. Confirm the actual container dimensions and truck clearance before booking. Delivery and pickup are subject to availability; request an extension before the included period ends.

Which locations receive standard pricing?

Can I mix renovation waste into a rock box?
No. Keep the load to the materials agreed in your quote. Mixed waste and drywall need separate arrangements; disclose all materials before booking.
Does cubic-yard capacity determine the weight limit?
No. Cubic yards describe volume. Confirm safe loading limits, any included disposal weight and additional charges for your specific material and container before loading.
