Bobby (Dispatch) is an amazing communicator and always had the bins on sites prior to the job starting. When ever we needed a switch out, he accommodated our request in a very timely manner. Dealing with this organization was an absolute pleasure. I, last minute, decided to spend a couple of days cleaning out junk that I had for years neglected. They were fantastic to deal with both in terms of arranging services and drop off/pick up. The bin had to be maneuvered into my driveway (not an easy task). Had to have a "Dumpster" for the job but I had no idea how the process worked and what size I might need. The staff were awesome. Went through the process with me, explaining the different sizes and what I could not put in VS what I could put in. They were quick to arrive and on time for removal. Friendly and HELPFUL staff. I don't have much occassion to use a Waste company in my business, however, my Company had occasion to use Fleetwood Waste and I was very happy with the service. I found Bobby to be very helpful, he was there for me and when I required a second bin because the Job was going so well. First bin was picked up quickly and the second bin was dropped in good time.
